چکیده
Prostate cancer is the most commonly diagnosed and second leading cause of mortality in men Western World. In initial stages, prostate dependent on androgens for growth which basis androgen ablation therapy. The effects are mediated by Androgen Receptor (AR). Therefore, studies focus identification AR-regulated genes that also highly expressed prostate. STAMP family STAMP1/STEAP2 STAMP2/STEAP4 have only receptor-positive cells, role AR gene expression an important question. STEAP (Six Transmembrane Epithelial Antigen Prostate) first characterized enriched six transmembrane gene, metastatic samples, it tempting to speculate STAMP/STEAP may be involved similar functions with a both normal biology pathophysiology Using siRNA technology LNCaP cells expressing per se, apoptosis panel including pro-apoptotic and/or apoptotic molecules was assayed RT-PCR, By this research project, prostate-specific its regulatory p53- caspase-related pathways were characterized.

Sequencing And Bioinformatics Analysis of the Partial Promoter Region of Κ-Casein (CSN3) Gene in Iranian Bacterianus and Dromedaries Camels
κ-casein is a glycosilated protein belonging to a family of phosphoproteins (αs1,β, αs2,κ) that represents the major protein component in mammalian milk. κ-casein plays an essential role in the case of micelle stabilization, determining the size and the specific biological function. In the present study, we report the characterization of the partial sequence of κ-casein promoter region in the I...

متن کاملSilencing of frataxin gene expression triggers p53-dependent apoptosis in human neuron-like cells.
Friedreich's ataxia (FRDA) is an autosomal recessive disease caused by mutations that produce a deficiency in frataxin. Despite the importance of neurodegeneration in FRDA, little is known about the consequences of frataxin deficiency in neuronal cells. Here we describe a neuronal cell model for FRDA based on the use of lentiviral vectors that carry minigenes encoding frataxin-specific shRNAs t...
متن کاملTomato and Tobacco Phytoene Desaturase Gene Silencing by Virus-Induced Gene Silencing (VIGS) Technique
Background and Aims: Virus-Induced Gene Silencing (VIGS) is a virus vector technology that exploits antiviral defense mechanism. By infecting plants with recombinant viruses containing host genes inserted in the viral genome, VIGS achieves the RNA silencing process. The purpose of this study was to investigate the possibility of tomato (Lycopersicon esculentum Mill.) and tobacco (Nicotiana be...
